CSW Hair requires a 48 hour cancellation notice, failure to do so will result in a 35% charge of full service. Any no-show appointments will be charged 35% the first time, 50% the second time and 100% the third time and after a 3rd no call no show you will not be able to rebook an appointment with CSW Hair.
